Educational Qualification
Finance Posts
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India से CA या Institute of Cost Accountants of India से CMA qualified होना आवश्यक है। Relevant experience Accounts, Finance या Internal Audit में Executive/Officer cadre का होना चाहिए।
HR Posts
Advertisement में निम्न alternative qualification routes दिए गए हैं:
- Full-time MBA with specialization in HRM, जिसमें HR main/major subject हो, या listed HRD/HRM qualification — minimum 60% marks की शर्त के साथ।
- Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare में Post Graduate Degree — minimum 60% marks।
- PM & IR/Labour Welfare में minimum two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma — minimum 60% marks।
- Masters in Social Work या MHROD, recognized University/Institute से।
Desirable qualification: LL.B. Relevant experience Human Resource और Industrial Relations के क्षेत्र में Executive/Officer cadre का होना चाहिए।
General instructions में qualifications Regular और Full-Time तथा recognized Indian University/Institute की होने की शर्त है। अपनी degree का exact title और specialization advertisement से मिलाएँ। MSW/MHROD alternative के साथ table में 60% अलग से दोहराया नहीं गया है; marks/equivalence की ambiguity हो तो THDC से clarification लें।
Experience, Lower Grade और Private-sector CTC

ऊपर ₹20/23/26 lakh की figures private-sector eligibility equivalence के लिए हैं। ये THDC में मिलने वाला घोषित annual package नहीं हैं। Lower-grade/equivalent-level tenure और total post-qualification experience, दोनों conditions साथ में पूरी करनी होंगी।
अपनी Eligibility का 4-step Audit करें
- Essential qualification प्राप्त करने की date निर्धारित करें।
- उसके बाद का relevant Executive/Officer cadre experience अलग करें।
- Prescribed lower grade/equivalent CTC level की कम-से-कम 2 वर्ष की अवधि documentary evidence से मिलाएँ।
- सभी calculations 7 October 2026 तक करें; unsupported या overlapping periods को double-count न करें।
Illustrative example: किसी applicant के पास 14 वर्ष relevant post-qualification service है, लेकिन prescribed lower-level tenure केवल 18 महीने है। केवल 13-year total condition पूरी होने से Senior Manager eligibility पूरी नहीं हो जाती; 2-year level condition भी आवश्यक है।

Age Limit और Relaxation

Cut-off: 7 October 2026. Advertisement applicable reserved vacancies और Government directives के अनुसार relaxation देता है: OBC-NCL 3 years, SC/ST 5 years तथा PwBD General/EWS 10, OBC-NCL 13 और SC/ST 15 years। J&K domicile की specified condition तथा Ex-Servicemen के लिए भी applicable provisions दिए हैं।
Overall ceiling: Relaxation के बाद maximum upper age 58 years से अधिक नहीं हो सकती। THDC regular departmental employees के लिए company policy लागू है। सभी applicants अपने-आप हर relaxation जोड़कर age limit न निकालें; संबंधित vacancy और applicable conditions देखें।
Category status के लिए closing date reckoning date है और आवश्यक certificate तब तक उपलब्ध होना चाहिए। Notice relevant reserved-category certificates के लिए current year 2026-27 और prescribed Government format का निर्देश देता है। Category registration के बाद बदली नहीं जा सकती।
PwBD Suitability
Advertisement के page 5 में Finance और HR के लिए अलग identified disability categories हैं। PwBD applicants अपनी certificate category और benchmark disability requirement को उस table से मिलाएँ; दोनों disciplines की suitability list समान नहीं है।

Selected candidates को respective minimum basic pay पर रखने का प्रावधान है; eligible Government/PSU employees के लिए DPE guidelines के अनुसार basic-pay protection लागू हो सकती है। Scale का upper end starting या in-hand salary नहीं है।
Company rules के अनुसार DA, cafeteria-based perks/allowances at 35% of basic pay, performance-related pay, accommodation/HRA तथा अन्य benefits लागू होंगे। Actual take-home deductions और applicable benefits पर निर्भर करेगा। Posting/transfer THDC के projects, stations, offices, JVs या subsidiaries में हो सकती है।

Bank commission charges candidate को देने होंगे। Paid fee non-refundable है। Project-affected claim के लिए notice में Special Land Acquisition Officer द्वारा issued और concerned District Authority से verified certificate की condition है।
Selection Process और Interview
Final merit और empanelment Personal Interview marks के आधार पर होगा। Overall 50% से कम marks प्राप्त करने वाला candidate empanel नहीं होगा। Minimum threshold प्राप्त करना selection की guarantee नहीं है; empanelment merit order में होगा।
Advertisement में interview date या कोई written-test syllabus नहीं दिया गया है। Eligibility scrutiny, required originals और applicable medical fitness conditions पूरी करनी होंगी। Interview में original valid photo ID आवश्यक है; उसकी photocopy स्वीकार्य विकल्प नहीं है।
Private-sector Candidates: CTC Proof Checklist
- FY 2024-25 और 2025-26 के Form 16, advertisement के निर्देशानुसार।
- दोनों financial years के employer-issued और duly signed CTC certificates, Annexure-A format में।
- September 2024, September 2025 और September 2026 की payslips, upload instructions के अनुसार एक file में।
- Service period और designation स्पष्ट करने वाले experience certificates।
Annexure-A कैसे तैयार कराएँ?
Advertisement के page 12 पर CTC certificate का prescribed format है। इसे company letterhead पर authorized employer representative से जारी कराएँ। इसमें employee name, parent name, organization, service dates, designation और annual CTC figures/words में भरनी हैं। Date, place, authorized signatory का name, designation, contact details और company seal/stamp भी दिए गए हैं।
यह employer-issued certificate है; applicant स्वयं employer की ओर से sign नहीं कर सकता। Employer change या records unavailable होने पर substitute documents अपने-आप accepted न मानें—THDC से clarification लें।

Experience certificate में employer द्वारा service period और designation स्पष्ट लिखा होना चाहिए। अधूरे या unreadable documents होने पर registration number generate हो जाने के बावजूद application reject हो सकती है।
THDC Online Form कैसे भरें?
- THDC official website खोलें और Career → New Job Openings में Advertisement 06/2026 चुनें।
- Finance/HR और सही grade की eligibility तथा vacancy category मिलाएँ।
- Active email/mobile भरें। इन्हें कम-से-कम एक वर्ष active रखें; बाद में change allowed नहीं है।
- नाम Class X marksheet/certificate की same configuration में दर्ज करें।
- Domicile, category और personal details सावधानी से भरें।
- Qualification, marks और applicable CGPA conversion सही दर्ज करें।
- Languages वाले boxes भी tick करें और address भरें।
- Experience की exact from-to dates, designation और relevant details दर्ज करें।
- सभी required readable documents prescribed size/format में upload करें।
- Save के बाद, fee-paying candidates payment complete करें और auto-fetched payment details जाँचें।
- Submit button दबाकर final submission पूरा करें। Fee-exempt candidates भी Submit करना न भूलें।
- Completed application और applicable fee receipt सुरक्षित रखें। इन्हें THDC office में post न करें।
Government/PSU employees के लिए proper-channel application और/or interview पर NOC की condition है। Selected Government/PSU/Autonomous Body employees को joining पर relieving letter देना होगा। Internal candidates company की prescribed procedure follow करें।
Payment Debit हुआ लेकिन Status Failed है?
