ISRO HSFC Medical Officer Recruitment 2026: Human Space Flight Centre (HSFC), Bengaluru ने Advertisement No. HSFC:02:RMT:2026 dated 09 October 2026 के माध्यम से Medical Officer ‘SD’ के पदों पर direct recruitment के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं। भर्ती में General Medicine की 1, Physiology की 1 और Aerospace Medicine की 2 vacancies हैं।

Post-wise Vacancies और Educational Qualification

Qualification के साथ ये conditions भी जरूरी हैं

• केवल Indian Nationals आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• निर्धारित qualification 08.11.2026 तक possessed/valid/issued होनी चाहिए।
• Qualification संबंधित Medical Council of India/State/National Medical Commission से recognized और registered होनी चाहिए।
• General conditions में MBBS और MD में कम-से-कम second class तथा compulsory rotatory internship की शर्त दी गई है। Annexure-I में one-year compulsory rotatory internship का विवरण पूछा गया है।
• विदेशी medical qualification के लिए निर्धारित equivalence/ratification के documentary proof interview में देने होंगे।
• Open and Distance Learning से किया गया professional course स्वीकार्य नहीं है।
• State Medical Council में registered selected candidates को joining के समय notification के अनुसार National Medical Commission registration certificate देना होगा।

Experience: Qualification table में अलग से किसी निश्चित न्यूनतम वर्षों के अनुभव की शर्त नहीं दी गई है। Form में “Experience, if any” का section है। हालांकि minimum qualification पूरी होने से interview call का अधिकार नहीं मिलता; screening होगी।

यदि आपकी degree की grading, DNB documentation या registration की स्थिति notification से स्पष्ट match नहीं हो रही है, payment से पहले HSFC से लिखित clarification लें। निर्धारित second-class condition को अपनी ओर से किसी अनुमानित percentage में न बदलें।

Age Limit और PwBD Conditions

Post Codes 01–03 के लिए advertisement में स्पष्ट है: There is no Upper Age Limit. इसका अर्थ यह नहीं कि qualification, registration या medical fitness की बाकी शर्तें समाप्त हो जाती हैं।

PwBD candidates suitable posts के लिए सामान्य merit standard पर विचार किए जा सकते हैं। संबंधित benefits के लिए कम-से-कम 40% relevant disability और prescribed certificate की शर्तें लागू हैं। Notification में functional requirements के रूप में Sitting, Standing, Manipulation with Fingers, Reading & Writing और Seeing का उल्लेख है। व्यक्तिगत suitability के लिए official conditions देखें।

Salary: ₹67,700 Basic + NPA

Calculation समझें: ₹67,700 का 20% = ₹13,540। इसलिए शुरुआती basic + NPA का जोड़ ₹81,240 बनता है। यह in-hand salary नहीं है; अन्य allowances और applicable deductions अलग होंगे।

Notification में applicable rules के अनुसार medical facilities, subsidized canteen, quarters in lieu of HRA, LTC, group insurance और अन्य benefits का उल्लेख है। NPS/UPS संबंधी व्यवस्था भी applicable rules के अनुसार होगी।

Application Fee और Refund: पहले कितना जमा करना है?

सभी candidates को शुरुआत में ₹750 प्रति application जमा करने हैं। Fee concession वाली categories भी प्रारंभिक payment छोड़ नहीं सकतीं। Refund केवल interview में उपस्थित होने वाले candidates के लिए निर्धारित है।

Service charges, यदि platform लगाए, applicant को वहन करने होंगे। केवल form भेजने या payment करने से refund entitlement नहीं बनता। Refund के लिए account holder name, account number, IFSC, bank और branch की सही जानकारी जरूरी है।

BharatKosh Payment Guide

1. BharatKosh/NTRP portal खोलें और Annexure-II में दिखाए गए payment workflow का अनुसरण करें।
2. Depositor category में applicable option चुनें; official example में Individual दिया गया है।
3. Ministry में SPACE और purpose में RECRUITMENT APPLICATION FEES search/select करें।
4. PAO/DDO selection में Human Space Flight Centre, Bengaluru से संबंधित entries को Annexure-II से मिलाएँ। किसी दूसरे ISRO centre की entry चुनकर payment न करें।
5. इस advertisement के लिए ₹750 भरें; अपने depositor details, contact information और purpose को confirm करें।
6. Available payment option से transaction पूरा करें और successful receipt/challan/reference number सुरक्षित रखें।
7. Receipt की copy application के साथ लगाएँ। अपनी reference copy भी रखें।

How to Apply: Ordinary Post की पूरी प्रक्रिया

1. Post code चुनें: अपनी exact qualification को 01, 02 या 03 से match करें।
2. Annexure-I download करें: नीचे दिए official DOC format में application computer पर neatly type करें। Handwritten application स्वीकार्य नहीं है।
3. सभी applicable columns भरें: Personal, education, registration, internship और experience details documents के अनुसार दें। कोई applicant field बिना जवाब के न छोड़ें; applicable न होने पर उपयुक्त “Not Applicable” लिखें।
4. Photo लगाएँ: पिछले 6 महीनों के भीतर का colour photograph, 7 cm height × 5 cm width, plain/white background और clear frontal face वाला लगाएँ। Selfie या black-and-white photo स्वीकार्य नहीं है।
5. Blue ink से sign करें: Photo के नीचे signature box और declaration सहित निर्धारित स्थान पूरे करें। Place और date भरें।
6. Fee जमा करें: BharatKosh receipt application के साथ लगाएँ और refund bank details की completeness जाँचें।
7. Supporting copies लगाएँ: Qualification, mark sheets, age और applicable experience/category/registration documents तैयार करें।
8. Sealed envelope तैयार करें: नीचे दिया superscription सही post code के साथ लिखें।
9. केवल Ordinary Post से भेजें: Packet 08 November 2026 तक HSFC में पहुँचना चाहिए।

Envelope पर क्या लिखें?

Receipt date, dispatch date नहीं: 8 November को भेज देना पर्याप्त नहीं है। आवेदन इस तारीख तक प्राप्त होना चाहिए। Postal delay की जिम्मेदारी HSFC नहीं लेगा। एक से अधिक eligible post codes के लिए अलग application और प्रति application payment की व्यवस्था करें।

Annexure-I Form Filling Checklist

Application के साथ कौन-से Documents तैयार रखें?

• Prescribed Annexure-I में typed और signed application, required photograph सहित।
• ₹750 payment की BharatKosh receipt/challan copy।
• MBBS degree तथा relevant mark sheets।
• Applicable MD/DNB qualification और mark sheets/grade records।
• Medical registration तथा compulsory rotatory internship के supporting records।
• Date of birth/age के समर्थन में certificate।
• Experience claim किया हो तो supporting certificates।
• Applicable category/PwBD/Ex-serviceman benefit के supporting certificates।
• Foreign qualification हो तो संबंधित recognition/equivalence proof तैयार रखें।
• Refund के लिए complete bank details, official instructions के अनुसार।

Application और enclosures की scanned copy अपने पास रखें। Interview में originals दिखाने होंगे; postal packet के लिए notice में certificates/mark lists की copies माँगी गई हैं। नाम में फर्क हो तो Name Mismatch और Document Verification Guide से अपनी document consistency जाँचें।

Selection Process और Interview Documents

Selection में application screening → shortlisted candidates का interview → interview performance के आधार पर final selection शामिल है। Advertisement में written examination नहीं दिया गया है। Interview date इस notice में घोषित नहीं की गई है। Hindi में interview देने का विकल्प उपलब्ध है।

Interview के समय मुख्य रूप से ये तैयार रखें:

Outstation candidates के लिए journey proof और successful document verification के बाद eligible travelling allowance का प्रावधान है। सीमा shortest route के second-class rail fare, non-AC bus fare या actual fare में जो कम हो, उसके अनुसार है। इसे unrestricted airfare reimbursement न मानें।
