11 November applicant की deadline नहीं है। Applicant submission 2 November को 3 PM तक होना चाहिए। 11 November की तारीख applicable nodal officer/competent authority की forwarding के लिए है। Private Company applicants इस authority-forwarding requirement से excepted हैं और सीधे PESB को apply करते हैं।
कौन Apply कर सकता है?
Applicant को application की तारीख और interview की तारीख—दोनों पर नीचे दी गई eligible category में regular capacity में employed होना चाहिए। Contractual या ad-hoc employment इस condition को पूरा नहीं करता।
- Central Public Sector Enterprise, जिसमें full-time functional Board Director भी शामिल है।
- Central Government Group ‘A’, Armed Forces, All India Services तथा विज्ञापन में शामिल Public Sector Banks, Financial Institutions और Autonomous Bodies के officers।
- State Public Sector Enterprise, prescribed ₹5,000 crore या अधिक turnover condition के साथ।
- Private Company, विज्ञापन में परिभाषित 50:50 Joint Ventures तथा National/State-level Cooperative Federations, prescribed ₹5,000 crore या अधिक turnover condition के साथ।
Turnover के लिए विज्ञापन में बताए अनुसार advertisement के calendar year से पहले के तीन financial years का average audited annual turnover लिया जाएगा। Private companies में listed companies के candidates को preference दी जाएगी। Private Company/JV/Federation applicants की ordering organisation के annual turnover के अनुसार होगी।
Educational Qualification
Recognised institute से निम्न में से कोई qualification होनी चाहिए:
- Engineering Graduate; या
- Chartered Accountant; या
- Cost Accountant; या
- Post Graduate; या
- Graduate with MBA/PGDIM।
Added advantage: Naval, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical या Marine Engineering में postgraduate degree। यह added advantage बाकी mandatory conditions का विकल्प नहीं है।
Experience: दो अलग Eligibility Routes
Route 1: Functional experience
किसी बड़े प्रतिष्ठित organisation में पिछले 10 वर्षों के दौरान निम्न क्षेत्रों में कम-से-कम 5 वर्षों का cumulative experience/exposure:
Finance, Business Development, Production, Operations, Marketing, Project Management, Ship Design, Shipbuilding या Ship Repairs।
Route 2: HR/IR/Personnel background
Core HR/IR/Personnel Management में कम-से-कम 5 वर्षों का cumulative experience, और इसके साथ पिछले 10 वर्षों में ऊपर बताए functional areas में कम-से-कम 3 वर्षों का cumulative experience चाहिए।
दोनों routes में Ship Design, Shipbuilding या Ship Repairs का experience preferred है।
Practical distinction: सिर्फ 5 साल HR experience होना Route 2 को पूरा नहीं करता। उसके साथ prescribed functional areas में 3 साल का experience भी दिखाना होगा। Dates, designation और actual responsibilities के supporting records तैयार रखें।
अपनी service history व्यवस्थित करने के लिए Experience Certificate और Service Dates Guide देखें। Eligibility का अंतिम आकलन PESB करेगा।
Age और Residual Service: 1 June 2027 के आधार पर
Age conditions Date of Vacancy यानी 1 June 2027 पर लागू हैं। विज्ञापन में superannuation age 60 years दी गई है।

ये applicant की eligibility जाँचने वाले scales हैं। इन्हें advertised CMD pay scale से अलग समझें।
CMD Pay Scale और Appointment Tenure
Advertised pay scale ₹2,00,000–₹3,70,000 IDA है। यह pay scale है; ₹3.70 lakh को निश्चित starting या in-hand monthly salary न समझें।
Appointment joining से 5 years, superannuation या further orders—जो पहले हो—तक होगी।
