ESIC Korba Recruitment 2026: Employees’ State Insurance Corporation Hospital, Dingapur, Korba, Chhattisgarh ने contractual Full-Time/Part-Time Specialist और Full-Time Senior Resident पदों के लिए आवेदन मांगे हैं। इन नियुक्तियों से नियमित सेवा में स्थायीकरण का अधिकार नहीं मिलेगा।

Specialist Vacancy: 13 पद

नीचे Full-Time/Part-Time Specialist की कुल 13 रिक्तियां हैं। इन्हें 13 full-time और 13 part-time अलग-अलग पद समझकर संख्या दोगुनी न करें।

Specialist table में Pathology, Ophthalmology और Medicine की वर्तमान रिक्ति शून्य है। Senior Resident की अलग table में इन संबंधित disciplines की रिक्तियां हैं।

Senior Resident Vacancy: 18 पद

Qualification और Experience

Full-Time / Part-Time Specialist

• संबंधित specialty में मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से MBBS के साथ PG Degree/equivalent अथवा PG Diploma का उल्लेख है।
• संबंधित medical council registration आवश्यक है।
• Experience row में PG Degree के बाद 3 वर्ष अथवा PG Diploma के बाद 5 वर्ष के संबंधित अनुभव वाले अभ्यर्थियों को उपलब्धता के आधार पर preference देने की भाषा है।
• Experience relaxation की अनुमति नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी के विवेक और Selection Committee की recommendation पर है; इसे स्वतः मिलने वाली छूट न मानें।

Senior Resident

• संबंधित specialty में MBBS के साथ PG Degree/PG Diploma का प्रावधान है।
• Non-PG doctors के लिए MBBS के बाद उसी discipline में कम से कम 2 वर्ष के अनुभव का विकल्प दिया गया है।
• Experience section इस Non-PG अनुभव को relevant specialty में government medical institute/hospital से जोड़ता है। केवल private-hospital experience को इस विकल्प के लिए पर्याप्त न मानें।
• PG qualification वाले अभ्यर्थियों और government medical institute/hospital experience को preference का उल्लेख है।
• मान्य medical registration जरूरी है।

Qualification/registration clauses में MCI/NMC/State Medical Council और Chhattisgarh recognition/registration का उल्लेख है। दूसरे राज्य के registration वाले अभ्यर्थी आवश्यक Chhattisgarh registration/recognition की स्थिति hospital से स्पष्ट कर लें।

Age Limit: आयु किस तारीख पर गिनी जाएगी?

Reservation/age relaxation claims के लिए लागू सरकारी निर्देश और prescribed certificates जरूरी हैं। नोटिस में सभी categories के लिए संख्यात्मक छूट अलग से नहीं दी गई है। UR vacancy पर आवेदन करने वाले reserved-category candidates के लिए checklist में reservation/relaxation लागू न होने का उल्लेख है।

Salary, Working Hours और Contract

Part-Time Specialist के अतिरिक्त भुगतान: स्वीकार की गई emergency-call responsibility के लिए ₹15,000 और 16 घंटे/सप्ताह से अधिक approved work के लिए ₹800 प्रति अतिरिक्त घंटे का उल्लेख है। Emergency visits/extra hours Medical Superintendent द्वारा justified होने चाहिए। इन्हें सभी candidates की guaranteed fixed salary में जोड़कर न देखें।

• Contract: शुरुआती अवधि एक वर्ष; satisfactory performance पर एक अतिरिक्त वर्ष तक extension का प्रावधान और regular incumbent के joining की शर्त लागू है। Extension guaranteed नहीं है।
• Full-Time Specialist: private practice की अनुमति नहीं; 24×7 on-call availability की शर्त है।
• Part-Time Specialist: leave/other benefits का अधिकार नहीं; emergency-call charges लेने पर 24×7 on-call availability लागू है।
• Senior Resident: no-work-no-pay और absence के लिए अनुमति संबंधी शर्तें लागू हैं।
• Accommodation: hostel/quarters नहीं मिलेंगे।
• Interview: TA/DA नहीं दिया जाएगा।

Application Fee, Security Deposit और Joining खर्च

• ₹30,000 security deposit: चयनित उम्मीदवार को joining पर “ESI Fund Account No.1”, Korba के पक्ष में Demand Draft देना होगा। यह application fee नहीं है।
• Refund: contract completion और No Dues Certificate पर refundable; बिना prior notice contract छोड़ने पर forfeiture की शर्त है।
• Notice period: एक महीने का prior notice या उसके बदले एक महीने की remuneration का प्रावधान है।
• Agreement: ₹100 के bond paper पर agreement; खर्च selected candidate को उठाना है।
• Medical fitness: selected Full-Time/Part-Time Specialists के लिए Government Medical Hospital से निर्धारित स्तर के अधिकारी का certificate जरूरी है।
• Professional indemnity insurance: engagement के 7 दिनों के अंदर policy और premium receipt जमा करने की शर्त है।

Insurance की न्यूनतम annual sum assured के उदाहरण: Anesthesiologists आदि के लिए ₹30 लाख; General Surgeons/Obstetrics & Gynaecology आदि के लिए ₹20 लाख; Physicians, Dentists, Radiologists, Pathologists और Chest Physicians आदि के लिए ₹10 लाख। यह insurance cover है, उतना premium भुगतान नहीं। अपनी specialty के लिए exact coverage hospital से confirm करें।

Interview Documents Checklist
