Delhi District & Sessions Courts में Sweeper/Safai Karamchari और Chowkidar की भर्ती। दोनों पदों के लिए Matriculation या equivalent qualification आवश्यक है; experience नहीं मांगा गया है।

DSSSB Recruitment 2026: Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board ने 9 October 2026 को Advertisement No. 05/2026 जारी किया है। इसमें Sweeper/Safai Karamchari के 10 और Chowkidar के 15 tentative पद हैं। आवेदन DSSSB OARS portal पर ऑनलाइन होंगे।

प्रत्येक पद में एक ESM vacancy शामिल है—कुल दो। इन्हें 25 में अलग से जोड़कर 27 न करें। PwBD और MSP reserved vacancy columns में शून्य है। Vacancies बदल सकती हैं।

Pay scale advertisement के अनुसार दिया गया है। इसे निश्चित in-hand salary न समझें; इस notice में अलग take-home amount नहीं दिया गया है।
Qualification और Age Eligibility
दोनों पदों के लिए recognised board से Matriculation/10वीं या equivalent आवश्यक है। Essential/desirable experience और desirable qualification—दोनों में NIL दिया गया है। Applicant भारतीय नागरिक होना चाहिए।
सामान्य आयु सीमा और DOB Range
1 June 2026 को अभ्यर्थी ने 18 वर्ष पूरे किए हों, लेकिन 27 वर्ष पूरे न किए हों। बिना relaxation वाले candidates की जन्मतिथि:
2 June 1999 से 1 June 2008 के बीच होनी चाहिए, दोनों तारीखें शामिल हैं।

Government service के तीन वर्ष होने पर सामान्य age relaxation स्वतः लागू न मानें; notice की संबंधित row ऐसा benefit उपलब्ध नहीं बताती। PwBD concessions के लिए suitability और नीचे बताई गई specific clauses भी पढ़ें।
OBC Delhi और EWS Certificates की जरूरी शर्तें
OBC reservation सभी राज्यों के OBC certificates पर नहीं
इस भर्ती में eligible OBC (Delhi) candidates को OBC reservation/age relaxation मिलेगा। सामान्य OBC (Outside) candidates को UR के रूप में आवेदन करने का निर्देश है।
हालांकि, notice में outside-Delhi authority द्वारा जारी certificate का एक विशेष accepted route भी है: certificate निर्धारित Delhi-notified community और Delhi Government द्वारा पिता/भाई-बहन/सगे paternal uncle को जारी पुराने certificate के आधार पर होना चाहिए, साथ में notice की pre-8 September 1993 residence condition लागू है। इसलिए certificate का issuing state अकेला देखकर निर्णय न लें; Para 6(iv)–(v) पढ़ें।
- OBC certificate closing date 11 November 2026 तक जारी होना चाहिए।
- OBC-NCL certificate 1 April 2026 से 11 November 2026 के बीच जारी होना चाहिए।
- Category चुनने से पहले अपने claim के supporting certificate जांचें।
EWS Certificate
EWS के लिए certificate FY 2026–27 में valid और FY 2025–26 की income पर आधारित होना चाहिए। इसे 11 November 2026 तक जारी होना आवश्यक है।
PwBD candidates: Reserved seat और suitability अलग हैं
PwBD reserved vacancies शून्य होने के बावजूद दोनों posts के लिए identified suitable disability categories दी गई हैं। लेकिन Para 6(vi) में concessions के संबंध में OL/BL/LV पर अलग restrictive wording है, जबकि post-wise suitability list अधिक विस्तृत है। अपनी exact disability के लिए suitability और relaxation की पुष्टि official authority से करें; सभी PwBD applicants पर एक समान benefit न मानें।

Payment केवल SBI e-pay से होगा। Fee refundable नहीं है। पहले ESM reservation benefit लेकर निर्धारित regular civil employment प्राप्त कर चुके Ex-Servicemen के लिए fee concession का अपवाद है; अपना मामला notice से जांचें।

- Duration: 120 minutes; scheme में PwD candidates के लिए 160 minutes दिए हैं, applicable accommodation conditions देखें।
- Correct answer: 1 mark.
- Wrong answer: 0.25 mark की negative marking.
- Language: English/Hindi bilingual, language-subject questions को छोड़कर।
- Interview: 15 marks; अलग minimum qualifying marks नहीं।
Minimum Qualifying Marks
- UR/EWS: 50%
- OBC (Delhi)/SC/ST/PH(PwBD)/ESM: 45%
ये minimum qualifying marks हैं, final cutoff नहीं। Vacancy और candidate performance के अनुसार shortlist/selection cutoff अधिक हो सकता है।
Interview Shortlisting और Final Merit
Interview के लिए vacancies के अधिकतम दस गुना candidates बुलाने का प्रावधान है। Written marks पर tie होने पर संबंधित equal-mark candidates को बुलाने की शर्त भी है।
DSSSB objective examination आयोजित करके shortlist District & Sessions Courts को भेजेगा। Final merit written examination और interview marks के आधार पर संबंधित Courts तैयार करेंगे। आवश्यकता होने पर normalization लागू हो सकता है। Final merit tie में पहले अधिक आयु और फिर समान DOB होने पर English first-name alphabetical order का नियम है।
तैयारी का सरल Study Plan
यह सुझाव है, official detailed syllabus नहीं। Advertisement चार broad subjects देता है; नीचे उन्हीं पर अभ्यास की योजना है।
- English और Hindi: basic grammar, vocabulary और reading practice; दोनों भाषाओं को नियमित समय दें।
- Arithmetic: calculation accuracy, प्रतिशत, अनुपात और basic word problems पर अभ्यास करें।
- GK/Current Affairs: संक्षिप्त notes बनाएं और नियमित revision करें।
- Weekly practice: timed mixed test के बाद हर गलत उत्तर का कारण लिखें।
- Interview: अपना परिचय, पद की जिम्मेदारी की समझ, punctuality और workplace conduct पर स्पष्ट उत्तर तैयार करें।

DSSSB OARS पर Apply कैसे करें?
- DSSSB OARS portal खोलें। आवेदन 13 October 2026, दोपहर 12 बजे से होंगे।
- पहले से registered हैं तो existing registration इस्तेमाल करें; duplicate registration न बनाएं।
- नए candidates Annexure I और portal instructions के अनुसार registration करें।
- सही post code चुनें: 46/26 Safai Karamchari या 47/26 Chowkidar।
- नाम, DOB, qualification और category documents से देखकर भरें।
- Recent clear photograph और signature सहित portal पर मांगी गई जानकारी दें।
- Fee लागू है तो SBI e-pay से ₹100 जमा करें।
- Preview में सभी entries जांचें और 11 November 2026, रात 11 बजे तक submit करें।
- Application print/PDF और payment record सुरक्षित रखें।
दोनों posts के लिए: पात्र हों तो existing registration से संबंधित अलग post codes की application प्रक्रिया देखें। एक post का form भरना दूसरे post का automatic application नहीं है।
Documents और e-Dossier की तैयारी
Supporting documents बाद में e-dossier मांगने पर प्रस्तुत करने होंगे। अभी से निम्न रिकॉर्ड तैयार रखें:
- Matriculation/Secondary certificate: DOB और qualification proof।
- Valid photo identity और active mobile/email।
- Applicable SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD/ESM documents।
- Recent photograph और साफ signature image।
- Submitted application और fee receipt, जहां लागू हो।
- नाम में अंतर होने पर supporting records।
e-Dossier की window आने पर निर्धारित समय में upload अनिवार्य है। Notice के अनुसार इसे miss करने पर आगे अवसर नहीं मिलेगा। Application accepted होना provisional है; eligibility की विस्तृत scrutiny बाद में होगी।
