कौन Apply कर सकता है?

• CBI या Local/State Police से retired police officer होना चाहिए।
• Retirement rank Inspector या Sub-Inspector होनी चाहिए।
• Criminal cases की investigation और prosecution in a court of law का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
• Relevant pay levels से retirement की condition दी गई है, जिसका संबंध notice में उद्धृत 9 December 2020 के Ministry of Finance OM से है।

इस advertisement में minimum experience की अलग numerical requirement या specific degree eligibility नहीं दी गई है। Annexure-I में educational/professional qualifications का विवरण मांगा गया है; उस form field को अपने-आप अलग mandatory degree criterion न समझें।

Age Limit: आवेदन से पहले यह Clarification जरूरी है

Advertisement की age-related wording पूरी तरह स्पष्ट नहीं है। इसमें application के समय maximum age को “typically capped between 60 to 63 years” बताया गया है और साथ में absolute upper age ceiling 65 years लिखी है।

Consultancy Period और काम क्या होगा?

Initial consultancy एक वर्ष की होगी। Performance और departmental requirements के आधार पर इसे maximum तीन वर्ष तक extend किया जा सकता है। Extension automatic या guaranteed नहीं है।

Consultant को CBI cases में Public Prosecutors और Holding Investigating Officers की सहायता करनी होगी। Notice में Special Judge (CBI), Sessions Judge तथा Chief Judicial Magistrate की courts में pending trial cases का उल्लेख है।

यह contractual consultancy engagement है; इसे regular Inspector/SI recruitment के रूप में न समझें।

Monthly Remuneration, HRA और Transport Allowance

Remuneration Calculation: केवल समझने के लिए Example

मान लें कि branch द्वारा remuneration calculation के लिए accepted retirement pay ₹70,000 और basic pension ₹35,000 है। तब illustrative calculation होगी:

Annexure-I में last pay के अंतर्गत Basic Salary और DA तथा pension के अंतर्गत Basic Pension और DA का विवरण मांगा गया है। दोनों components अलग-अलग स्पष्ट लिखें। Form में DA detail मांगे जाने को consultancy में DA entitlement का प्रमाण न मानें।

CBI Madurai Consultant Application कैसे भरें?

1. CBI का official application page खोलें।
2. Branch, consultant advertisement और deadline को अपने notice से मिलाएं।
3. Advertisement के साथ दिया गया Annexure-I — Curriculum Vitae Proforma पढ़ें।
4. Prescribed format में personal details, retirement particulars, pay/pension, qualifications और experience भरें।
5. Photo और signature का स्थान पूरा करें तथा supporting documents तैयार रखें।
