Vacancy और Reservation

Advertisement में यह संयुक्त category breakup है। Electronics और Computer Science के बीच category-wise allocation अलग से नहीं दिया गया है। संख्या वास्तविक आवश्यकता के अनुसार बदल सकती है।

Educational Qualification: कौन-सी Branch मान्य है?

मान्यता प्राप्त University/Institution से संबंधित discipline में full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering, चार वर्षीय course, Pass Class जरूरी है। सामान्य B.Sc को B.Sc Engineering के बराबर न मानें।

Degree certificate की discipline/specialisation विज्ञापन से मेल नहीं खाने पर candidature पर विचार नहीं होगा। IT, AI/Data Science या किसी allied degree को बिना official confirmation equivalent न मानें। Provisional/Final Degree Certificate लगाना आवश्यक है।

Experience Requirement: एक जरूरी अस्पष्टता

Electronics role में बताए गए क्षेत्र

• RF systems और antennas
• Digital Signal Processing
• FPGA, DSP और memory mapping
• VHDL से FPGA-based digital/embedded system design
• MATLAB Simulink और Signal Processing Toolbox

Computer Science role में बताए गए क्षेत्र

• Windows 10/11 application development
• C/C++, Python, DSP और AI/ML implementation
• VxWorks के लिए BSP और device-driver development

कौन-सा अनुभव स्वीकार नहीं होगा?

Advertisement teaching/academic/research work, banking/financial institutions, non-profit organisations और academic curriculum के हिस्से वाली internships को संबंधित industrial experience में स्वीकार नहीं करता।

Age Limit: 1 October 2026 पर

Relaxation claim के लिए prescribed certificate upload करना और verification पर original प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक है।

Salary, Contract और Retention Bonus

• Initial tenure: joining से तीन वर्ष। Project progress और performance के आधार पर एक वर्ष अतिरिक्त extension; अधिकतम कुल चार वर्ष।
• First year: ₹40,000 प्रति माह all-inclusive consolidated remuneration।
• Increase: notice में प्रत्येक contract extension पर ₹5,000 वृद्धि लिखी है। स्पष्ट year-wise salary table नहीं है; इसलिए ₹45,000/₹50,000/₹55,000 की guaranteed annual ladder न मानें।
• Annual amount: insurance premium, attire, stitching, footwear आदि के लिए ₹12,000 प्रति वर्ष।
• Retention bonus: कुल चार वर्ष पूरे करने पर ₹1,00,000, चार वर्ष के अंत में payable। यह joining bonus या हर वर्ष तुरंत मिलने वाला भुगतान नहीं है।

Selection Process और Qualifying Marks

Shortlisted candidates के लिए Written Test, उसके बाद qualified candidates का Interview होगा।

• Weightage: Written Test 85%, Interview 15%।
• Interview shortlist: प्रत्येक role/category में merit के क्रम से 1:5 ratio।
• Date और venue: बाद में सूचित होंगे।
• Call letters: Email से भेजे जाएंगे; shortlist/final selection website पर भी notified होगी।

35%/30% minimum qualifying marks हैं, final selection cutoff नहीं। प्रश्नों की संख्या, अवधि या negative marking का अनुमान इस advertisement से न लगाएं।

Application Fee और SBI Collect Guide

Applicable bank charges अलग हो सकते हैं। Fee once paid refundable नहीं है।

1. Advertisement में दिया SBI Collect link खोलें।
2. Institution में Bharat Electronics Limited की पुष्टि करें।
3. Payment category चुनें: Recruitment of Project Engineer-I for EW&A SBU।
4. नाम और अन्य मांगी गई जानकारी भरें। Mobile number और email application वाले ही रखें।
5. Amount, recruitment category और applicant details जांचकर payment करें।

Certificate Formats: किसे कौन-सा चाहिए?

ये formats supporting documents हैं, अलग-अलग vacancies नहीं। इन्हें संबंधित competent authority से विधिवत जारी करवाना है; खाली format खुद भरकर sign करना वैध certificate का विकल्प नहीं है।

OBC certificate की तारीख

English age section और documents section में 1 October 2025 या उसके बाद जारी OBC-NCL certificate मांगा गया है। Page 5 के Hindi clause में 1 June 2025 लिखा है। June–September 2025 वाला certificate रखने पर उसे स्वतः स्वीकार्य न मानें; HR से clarification लें।

EWS certificate का year

Advertisement 2025–26 के लिए Income & Asset Certificate मांगता है। Format में “Valid for the year” और family income का financial year अलग हैं। किस field/year का अपेक्षित संयोजन है, संदेह होने पर BEL से पुष्टि करें; स्वयं 2026–27 लिखकर शर्त न बदलें।

PwBD और SC/ST format उपयोग

• PwBD packet में Form V कुछ निर्दिष्ट disabilities, Form VI multiple disabilities और Form VII अन्य cases के लिए है।
• Medical authority disability percentage, validity/reassessment और आवश्यक signatures निर्धारित करेगी।
• SC/ST certificate में applicant/community details और issuing authority का उचित certification देखें।

Documents Checklist

• SSLC/SSC/ISC/Class 10 marks card—DOB proof।
• Class 10 से आगे educational certificates।
• Provisional/Final Engineering Degree Certificate।
• सभी semester marksheets या final consolidated marksheet।
• Applicable caste/community/PwBD/EWS certificate।
• Previous और current employer के post-qualification experience certificates।
• Joining/appointment और relieving letters, जहां लागू हों।

Hindi/English के अलावा अन्य भाषा के documents के लिए advertisement में gazetted officer/notary द्वारा attested transcript upload करने का निर्देश है।

Existing BEL employees के लिए

Current BEL Trainee Engineers को concerned HR द्वारा signed Intimation Letter application के साथ लगाना अनिवार्य है। कम से कम एक वर्ष Trainee Engineer-I service वाले candidates बाकी eligibility पूरी करने पर आवेदन कर सकते हैं। इसे सामान्य experience requirement से स्वतः छूट न समझें।

Advertisement उसी Project Engineer post के लिए lateral application की अनुमति नहीं देता; अपनी service history पर लागू होने की स्थिति HR से स्पष्ट करें।

Online Application कैसे करें?

1. Advertisement में दिया application portal खोलें।
2. Advertisement number और EW&A SBU recruitment की पुष्टि करें।
3. Qualification branch, age और relevant experience पहले जांचें।
4. आवश्यक personal, academic और employment details भरें।
5. Fee लागू हो तो सही SBI Collect category से भुगतान करें और reference दर्ज करें।
6. Documents upload करके सभी entries का preview देखें।
7. 23 October 2026 तक final submission पूरा करें। Notice में closing-time नहीं दिया गया; portal instructions देखें और अंतिम समय तक न रुकें।
8. Registered email पर भेजी गई filled application सुरक्षित रखें।
9. Selection day पर application print, दो recent passport-size colour photographs और relevant documents लेकर जाएं।

Written Test और Interview की तैयारी
