Educational Qualification: कौन-सी Degree स्वीकार है?
AICTE/UGC approved college/institute या recognised university से निर्धारित discipline में Pass Class BE/B.Tech चाहिए। Advertisement में निम्न degree nomenclatures दिए गए हैं:

Experience: किन क्षेत्रों में काम किया होना चाहिए?
कम-से-कम 2 वर्ष का relevant post-qualification industrial experience और advertisement के निम्न क्षेत्रों में से कम-से-कम एक क्षेत्र में संबंधित अनुभव चाहिए:

यह table केवल सार है। अपने project responsibilities को advertisement के detailed experience section से मिलाएँ।
Advertisement के अनुसार Teaching/Academic/Research work, banking and financial institutions, non-profit organisations तथा academic curriculum का हिस्सा रही internships को relevant experience नहीं माना जाएगा। इसलिए केवल “कुल नौकरी के 2 वर्ष” लिखना पर्याप्त नहीं है।
Certification जरूरी है या Preferred?
Advertisement में बताए valid technical certifications वाले candidates को preference दी जाएगी। इनमें relevant networking/security OEM certifications, server/storage certifications, cybersecurity, programming तथा Docker/Kubernetes जैसे क्षेत्रों के certifications शामिल हैं।
Certification minimum experience या prescribed degree का विकल्प नहीं है। अपने certificate का सही नाम, issuer और validity उपलब्ध रखें।
Experience को documents में कैसे दिखाएँ?
- Employer, designation और joining/leaving dates साफ लिखें।
- अपने काम को SOC, networking, server/storage या software domain से जोड़ें।
- Qualification पूरी होने से पहले का काम post-qualification experience में न जोड़ें।
- Appointment, relieving और experience records में dates का अंतर जाँचें।

Age Limit और Relaxation
Upper age limit की गणना 01.10.2026 को होगी:

Salary, Contract Duration और Allowances
- प्रथम वर्ष: ₹50,000 प्रति माह all-inclusive consolidated remuneration.
- Contract: शुरू में 3 वर्ष; project progress और performance के आधार पर अधिकतम 1 वर्ष और extension, यानी कुल अधिकतम 4 वर्ष.
- Increment wording: Advertisement में contract extension के प्रत्येक वर्ष के लिए ₹5,000 की वृद्धि लिखी है। इसे बिना clarification के अलग-अलग वर्षों की guaranteed salary table न समझें।
- Additional amount: Insurance premium, attire, stitching, footwear आदि के लिए ₹12,000 प्रति वर्ष.
- Gratuity: BEL Employees’ Gratuity Scheme के applicable provisions के अनुसार.
Joining पर advertisement के अनुसार ₹2 लाख प्रति वर्ष medical insurance cover और ₹5 लाख प्रति वर्ष life insurance cover की आवश्यकता है। ये insurance cover amounts हैं, अतिरिक्त cash salary नहीं।
Selection Process और Qualifying Marks
- Eligible/shortlisted candidates का Written Test.
- Written Test में qualify करने वालों की merit के आधार पर Interview shortlisting.
- Relevant role/category में निर्धारित 1:5 ratio के अनुसार Interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
- Final assessment में Written Test का 85% और Interview का 15% weightage होगा।

85% और 15% selection weightage हैं। इन्हें questions की संख्या न समझें। विज्ञापन में question count, test duration या negative marking का स्पष्ट विवरण नहीं है। Minimum qualifying marks भी final selection cutoff नहीं हैं।
Technical Interview की तैयारी कैसे करें?
नीचे editorial preparation suggestions हैं; official syllabus या previous-year questions नहीं:
- SOC: किसी alert को false positive या वास्तविक incident मानने से पहले किन logs और evidence को जाँचेंगे?
- Networking: VPN या routing failure को step-by-step कैसे isolate करेंगे?
- Server/Storage: Backup सफल दिखने के बाद restore test क्यों जरूरी है?
- Software: किसी API में authentication, logging और error handling कैसे लागू किया?

- Institution और recruitment details में Bharat Electronics Limited तथा NWCS Project Engineer-I भर्ती की पहचान जाँचें।

SC/ST, OBC, EWS और PwBD Certificate Guide
नीचे दिए चारों formats इसी recruitment listing से जुड़े हैं। केवल blank format download या स्वयं भर लेना valid certificate बनना नहीं है; applicable competent authority/medical authority की certification आवश्यक है।
1. SC/ST Certificate
- नाम, parent details, community और State/UT details records के अनुरूप रखें।
- Prescribed format में संबंधित notification/order और competent authority की signature/seal जाँचें।
- पूरा format पढ़ें; केवल पहला भाग देखकर बाकी applicable details न छोड़ें।

2. OBC-NCL Certificate और Declaration
मुख्य advertisement के अनुसार OBC-NCL certificate 01.10.2025 या उसके बाद जारी होना चाहिए। Format में Central Government appointment के लिए OBC status तथा Non-Creamy Layer wording है। दूसरे पेज पर candidate declaration भी है।
- Community details, authority signature/seal और issue date देखें।
- Format में applicable countersignature instructions पढ़ें।
- Candidate declaration में सही details, place, date और signature दें।
Main advertisement में 01.10.2025 या बाद की issue date है, जबकि linked generic format में advertisement से “6 months prior” की अलग date note है। दोनों wordings एक जैसी नहीं हैं। अपने certificate की date बताकर BEL HR से accepted requirement confirm करें; नीचे email draft दिया है।

3. EWS Income & Asset Certificate
Main advertisement में year 2025–26 के लिए Income & Asset Certificate लिखा है। Linked format में “Valid for the year” और income के financial year अलग fields हैं। इन्हें एक ही field न मानें।
- Competent authority से prescribed Income & Asset Certificate बनवाएँ।
- नाम, photo attestation, certificate number, issue date, year और authority seal/signature जाँचें।
- Validity year और income year में संदेह हो तो BEL से लिखित clarification लें; अपनी तरफ से year बदलकर न भरें।

4. PwBD / Disability Certificate
Prescribed medical certificate में candidate identification, disability details/percentage, assessment तथा applicable medical authority certification आवश्यक है। Advertisement में PwBD age relaxation के लिए minimum 40% disability की शर्त है।
Generic disability format उपलब्ध होने का अर्थ हर disability category की इस पद पर automatic eligibility नहीं है। अपनी disability और post suitability संबंधी स्थिति BEL से confirm करें।

- Class 10 / SSLC / SSC / ISC marks card — date of birth proof.
- Educational qualification के supporting certificates.
- BE/B.Tech degree certificate और सभी semester marks sheets / consolidated marks sheet.
