General conditions में Graduate Apprentice के लिए BE/B.Tech का उल्लेख है, जबकि vacancy table में B.Tech लिखा है। Degree title या branch equivalence में ambiguity होने पर PXE से clarification लें; संबंधित लगने वाले course को स्वयं equivalent न मानें।
Technician Apprentice: 35 Diploma Vacancies
इन seats के लिए संबंधित discipline में Diploma आवश्यक है। Monthly stipend ₹10,900 है।

कुल: 15 + 35 = 50 seats। Reservation applicable provisions के अनुसार होगा; advertisement में category-wise numerical breakup नहीं है। PXE vacancies बढ़ाने या घटाने का अधिकार रखता है।
Eligibility: केवल Degree या Diploma होना पर्याप्त नहीं
1. Passing year 2022–2026 होना चाहिए
केवल वे candidates eligible हैं जिन्होंने संबंधित course 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 या 2026 में पास किया है। अभी qualification पूरी नहीं करने वाले students इस passed-course condition को पूरा नहीं करते।
2. Qualification regular mode से हो
Essential qualification regular mode से पूरी की होनी चाहिए। Advertisement distance/correspondence qualification को इस condition के अंतर्गत स्वीकार नहीं करता।
3. Postgraduation degree holders eligible नहीं हैं
Notice स्पष्ट रूप से कहता है कि postgraduation degrees वाले candidates selection के लिए consider नहीं किए जाएँगे। इसलिए केवल अपनी graduation details देकर higher qualification छिपाना सही नहीं है।
4. एक वर्ष या अधिक post-qualification experience पर रोक
Essential qualification प्राप्त करने के बाद एक वर्ष या अधिक training या job experience वाले Graduate/Diploma holders को consider नहीं किया जाएगा। यह शर्त सिर्फ current job पर नहीं, qualification के बाद के relevant training/job record पर ध्यान देने को कहती है।
5. Valid NATS enrollment अनिवार्य
NATS पर registration नहीं होने या invalid enrollment number होने पर application reject होगा। Form में enrollment number का अलग field है।

Stipend, Duration और अपने खर्च की Planning

Selected candidates को one-year training contract execute करना होगा। Apprenticeship offer से PXE/DRDO में employment का अधिकार नहीं मिलता।
- PXE accommodation उपलब्ध नहीं कराएगा।
- Training के दौरान transport उपलब्ध नहीं होगा।
- Interview attend करने या joining के लिए TA/DA नहीं दिया जाएगा।
बाहर से आने वाले candidates stipend के साथ rent, भोजन और daily travel का खर्च भी देखें। ऊपर दी गई राशि training stipend है, permanent employee की salary नहीं।
Selection Process: Marks के बाद Written Test/Interview
- Application scrutiny: PXE Selection Board received applications की जाँच करेगा।
- Shortlisting: Essential qualification में प्राप्त percentage of marks के आधार पर shortlist किया जाएगा।
- Written test/Interview: Shortlisted candidates को PXE, Chandipur बुलाया जाएगा, जैसा official communication में बताया जाए।
- Offer: Selected candidates को joining letter email से भेजा जाएगा।
इसे केवल marks-based direct selection न लिखें। Advertisement में written test/interview का चरण भी है। Test date, detailed syllabus, duration, weightage और interview schedule इस notice में नहीं दिए गए हैं।
सभी correspondence और offer letter email से होंगे। सही email ID भरें और Inbox के साथ Spam/Bulk folder भी देखें। Offer letter download और print करना candidate की जिम्मेदारी है।
NATS Registration और PXE Application: दो अलग काम
National Apprenticeship Training Scheme — NATS portal पर valid registration इस भर्ती की prerequisite है। लेकिन NATS registration पूरा होने से PXE का application अपने-आप submit नहीं होता।
NATS registration / valid enrollment → Prescribed form type करें → Print, photo और signature → Enclosures जोड़ें → Speed Post / Registered Post से PXE भेजें।
Notification में online-only या email application की अनुमति नहीं है। Candidate को भेजे जाने वाले offer emails और candidate की application submission process अलग हैं।
Application Form में CGPA को Percentage कैसे लिखें?
Form में maximum marks, marks secured और percentage माँगे गए हैं। इसके note के अनुसार, जिन cases में marksheet में percentage या conversion formula नहीं दिया है, वहाँ:
उदाहरण: 8.0 CGPA × 9.5 = 76%
यह fallback instruction इसी PXE form का है। Marksheet में percentage या conversion formula दिया हो तो उसे अनदेखा करके 9.5 multiplier लागू न करें। अलग grading scale या अस्पष्ट record होने पर clarification लें।

How to Apply: Typed Form से Postal Submission तक
- Official advertisement और form download करें। PDF के तीसरे page पर application form है।
- Apprentice category, branch, passing year और eligibility exclusions जाँचें।
- NATS registration पूरा करें या existing valid enrollment number verify करें।
- Form की entries computer पर type करें। नाम, category, discipline, NATS number, contact details और educational record भरें।
- Typed form print करें, recent passport-size photograph लगाएँ और declaration के नीचे date/signature पूरा करें।
- Essential qualification की marksheets और reservation certificate, यदि applicable हो, जोड़ें।
- Envelope पर apprentice category और discipline स्पष्ट लिखें।
- केवल Speed Post या Registered Post से आवेदन भेजें और delivery tracking रखें।
