Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission ने Forest Range Officers in A.P. Forest Service के लिए revised provisional vacancy breakup जारी किया है। यह update Notification No. 11/2024, dated 6 March 2024 से संबंधित है।

Revised Annexure-I में क्या बदला है?
Commission के अनुसार पुराने Annexure-I के note में women horizontal reservation के अंतर्गत दिखाई गई provisional vacancies, निर्धारित proportionate reservation की तुलना में अधिक थीं। संबंधित unit officer ने applicable provisions/rules के अनुसार revised breakup उपलब्ध कराया।
इसी ambiguity को दूर करने के लिए Notification No. 11/2024 का Annexure-I substitute किया गया है। Notice की दूसरी note स्पष्ट कहती है कि social categories और zones की vacancies पहले notified vacancies से नहीं बदली हैं।
यह clarification सीधे official revised Annexure-I PDF में उपलब्ध है।

Women और Sports Reservation: Candidate को क्या समझना चाहिए?
Revised Annexure-I की Note 1 में निम्न horizontal/special reservation percentages दिए गए हैं:
- Women: 33⅓%.
- Meritorious Sports Persons: 2%.
इनका implementation notice में उद्धृत G.O. Ms. No. 77, G.A. (Ser.D) Department, dated 02.08.2023 तथा G.O. Ms. No. 03, G.A. (Ser-D) Department, dated 17.01.2024 के अनुसार होना है।
इसी तरह women और sports reservation को 37 के ऊपर अतिरिक्त पद जोड़कर न गिनें। Revised Annexure-I का grand total 37 ही है। Individual allocation और reservation implementation के लिए Commission के applicable rules तथा subsequent notices निर्णायक होंगे।
Notification 11/2024 और 16/2026 में भ्रम न करें
APPSC के official portal पर Forest Range Officers के लिए Notification No. 16/2026 का अलग brief notification भी सूचीबद्ध है। लेकिन इस article का subject Notification No. 11/2024 से जुड़ा 27 September 2026 का revised Annexure-I है।

अपने Records में क्या व्यवस्थित रखें?
तैयारी के लिए application copy, registration details, applicable community/EWS certificate, local-status/study records और पहले से किए गए sports claim के supporting documents को एक folder में रखें। यह record-management suggestion है; इस notice ने कोई नया DV checklist या upload deadline जारी नहीं किया है।
