The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has officially declared the Phase-II examination result for the Officers in Grade 'B' (Direct Recruit) – DEPR Cadre – Panel Year 2026 on 25 August 2026. Candidates whose Roll Numbers appear in the result PDF must follow these important instructions carefully:

1. Interview Call Letter

The Interview Call Letter indicating date, time, and venue will be sent to shortlisted candidates in due course via their registered email addresses from noreply.samadhan@rbi.org.in. Candidates should regularly check their mailbox, including spam and junk folders.[reference:19]

2. Personality Assessment

A link to complete a Personality Assessment will be sent to the registered email addresses of shortlisted candidates. The Assessment must be completed within five (05) days of receipt of the email.

3. Document Submission — Deadline 04 September 2026

Shortlisted candidates must submit their duly filled-in BIODATA and scanned copies of relevant certificates/documents latest by 04 September 2026 to documentsrbisb@rbi.org.in.

4. Documents to Carry for Interview

Shortlisted candidates must bring the following ORIGINAL documents along with one set of self-attested copies on the day of Interview:

Note: If Aggregate Grade Points (CGPA/OGPA/CPI) are indicated instead of percentage, the candidate must submit the conversion formula/scheme adopted by the Board/University/Institute.

5. CGPA to Percentage Conversion

If Aggregate Grade Points (i.e. CGPA/OGPA/CPI, etc.) are indicated instead of percentage of marks, the candidate must submit the conversion formula/scheme as adopted by the Board/University/Institute concerned. The conversion formula/scheme must be printed on the Marksheet/Grade Card, or the candidate must obtain a certified copy from the Competent Authority. If they fail to do so, the conversion criteria as mentioned in the Detailed Notice will be applied.

6. Important Notes

• 📊 Individual scorecards and category-wise cut-off marks for Phase-I and Phase-II will be published on the RBI website after completion of the selection process and declaration of final results.
• 📋 RTI Requests regarding furnishing category-wise or total number of candidates appeared in Phase-II examination, shortlisted for Interview, Answer keys, etc. will be entertained only after the completion of the selection process and declaration of final results.
• 🚫 No request for change of Date/Time/Venue of Interview will be entertained.
• ⚠️ Though utmost care has been taken while preparing the Result, the Board reserves the right to rectify inadvertent errors, if any.

📋 Selection Process — DEPR Cadre

The selection process for RBI Grade B (DR) – DEPR Cadre consists of three stages:

1. Phase-I Examination — Online Objective Test (Economics + English Descriptive)[reference:20]
