• Valid driving license for Light and Heavy Motor Vehicles
• Working knowledge of motor mechanism (able to fix minor vehicle defects)
• At least 3 years' experience driving Light and Heavy Motor Vehicles
• Passed Class 10 from a recognised Board or institute

Desirable (not mandatory): 3 years' service as a Home Guard or Civil Volunteer.

3. Armed Forces Personnel (Deputation/Re-employment)

Personnel due to retire, or due to be transferred to reserve within one year, who hold the requisite experience and qualifications above, may also apply. Such candidates would initially be given deputation terms up to their date of release from the Armed Forces, and may thereafter continue on re-employment terms.

Age Limit
