Educational Qualification

• Assistant Keeper: Master's degree in Museology / History / Archaeology / Anthropology / Indian Culture / Fine Arts from a recognised university. Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture is essential.
• Livestock Officer: Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) from a university recognised by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI), with valid VCI registration.
• Assistant Director (Statistics): Master's degree in Statistics / Mathematical Statistics / Applied Statistics / Econometrics from a recognised university with at least 55% marks.
• Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF): Bachelor's degree with at least one of the following subjects — Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Forestry, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Note: Candidates in the final year/semester of qualifying examination may also apply, subject to producing the qualifying certificate before the date of interview/document verification.

Nationality

The candidate must be a citizen of India. Knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture is mandatory as per RPSC rules.

Selection process & exam pattern

The selection of candidates will be made through the following stages:

Written Exam Pattern

Negative Marking: 1/3rd mark will be deducted for each wrong answer in the objective written examination. Question papers will be bilingual (Hindi & English).

Qualifying Marks: Candidates must secure minimum 40% in each paper (36% for SC/ST candidates) to qualify for the interview round.

Salary & pay scale

In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Travel Allowance (TA), Medical Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, and other admissible benefits as per the rules of the Government of Rajasthan. The probation period is 2 years during which candidates draw a fixed remuneration.
