- RA: PhD in Environmental Sciences / Plant Physiology from a recognized university/institution.
- YP-II: First-class Master's degree in Environmental Sciences from a recognized university/institution.

- RA: 5 years' research experience in GHG emission measurement from rice fields & emission factor development.
- YP-II: 2 years' experience in GHG measurement & gas chromatographic analysis.

- Note: Less than six months' experience will not be considered, as per official notice.
