Eligibility criteria for Central Bank AGM Specialist

Eligibility cutoff date: 31 March 2026

1) Risk Management / Compliance / ALM / Digital Risk

• Relevant full-time degree in analytical, finance, banking, statistics, technology, or related field depending on the exact post.
• For Risk Management and Compliance / Risk Management posts, FRM / CFA / PRM is mandatory.
• For Digital Risk & Analytics, degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering are relevant.
• Minimum 10 years banking experience in officer cadre, including 5 years relevant experience in the required specialist function.
• Candidate should currently be working as Chief Manager with at least 1 year in present cadre, or should have completed 4 years as Senior Manager or equivalent.

2) Finance & Accounts

• Full-time graduation.
• Must have passed final examination conducted by ICAI and be enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
• Minimum 10 years experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank with at least 7 years at Head Office / Administrative Office in taxation, GST, TDS, balance sheet, IFRS / Ind AS, regulatory reporting, capital raising and related work.

3) Credit Officer

• CA / CFA / CMA-ICWA from a recognized institute, or a 2-year full-time post graduate degree in Banking / Finance / Credit-related field.
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience as an officer.
• Out of this, at least 7 years should be in Corporate Credit / Project Finance / Mid & Large Credit in eligible banks.

• Minimum Age: 33 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years
