• Must be an Ex-Serviceman from the Indian Air Force (IAF) at the rank of JWO (Junior Warrant Officer) or above.
• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in IAF.
• Date of retirement from IAF should be on or before 1 April 2026.

💰 BEL Senior Assistant Engineer Salary & Benefits 2026

Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000 per month. Benefits include DA, HRA, Perquisites (35% of annual basic), Medical, PF, Gratuity, and Performance-Related Pay.
